Rodri Cause Of Death: Francisco Rodrguez Garca, also known as Rodri, was a defender for the Spanish national team.

Rodri was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, and played his childhood football with F.C Barcelona, Catalonia’s most famous club.

Rodri made his top-flight debut with Condal on September 9, 1956, in a 6–0 away loss to Real Madrid, which resulted in relegation.

Rodri joined FC Barcelona in 1958 after leaving CD Condal.

Rodri appeared in 48 games in his first two seasons combined, all of which concluded in La Liga victory, but only nine in his last four.

Rodri retired from FC Barcelona in 1966 at the age of 32 after serving as assistant manager at his major squad for six seasons, largely under Rinus Michels.

Rodri gained four caps for Spain throughout his international career, and was included to the squad for the 1962 FIFA World Cup.

Rodri played in a 1–0 win over Mexico and a 2–1 loss to Brazil in the 1962 World Cup in Chile, which ended in a group stage exit.

Rodri was born on March 8, 1934, and died on May 17, 2022, at the age of 88, according to the official website of FC Barcelona.

The reason of death, however, was not disclosed.
