Dylan Pegues Accident: When Dylan Pegues, a 17-year-old teenager, collided with a telephone pole, he was electrocuted. On Thursday, June 16, the incident occurred around 100 miles southeast of Birmingham, Alabama.

Dylan Pegues, 17, allegedly raced off the road, into a ditch, and crashed with a telephone pole, according to local sources. When he stepped out of the automobile, he was electrocuted by a downed power wire, and he fell into cardiac arrest, according to medical workers.

“He had no pulse or heartbeat when the paramedics arrived,” his mother, Debbie Pegues, posted on Facebook. “Despite being without oxygen for a long time, God brought him back thanks to the great medical team’s devotion.”

According to WRBL, he was life-flighted to UAB in Birmingham.

According to family friends who talked to the Opelika-Auburn News, Dylan died despite fighting for his life for several days.

Dylan’s care is been funded through a GoFundMe campaign, which has raised approximately $50,000 so far. On the website, Dylan was described as a “bright soul” who was always smiling and laughing.
